The Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Information Systems (MSCIS) group within Entertainment and Devices is looking for a seasoned supply chain professional to help transform the Global Planning organization into a market leader. As a member of the Global Planning team you will have overall accountability for demand or supply plans ensuring alignment between customer and business. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing the product forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to maximize market share, budget goals, and company profitability. As a Supply Planner you’ll be responsible for assimilating demand information into a build plan based on finished goods inventory at distribution and in channel, capacity requirements, safety stock, risk buys, and product transitions. Both Demand and Supply planners work closely with the Business Group, Development and Manufacturing, Sourcing, Distribution, Channel Operations, and our contract manufacturers to optimize demand and supply metrics.

The qualified candidate will have a strong sense of business acumen, is a thought leader, and must have expertise in Planning and Project/Program Management driving cross regional supply chain programs. The candidate will lead the execution of key initiatives emphasizing their collaboration skills. Additionally the candidate must be able to juggle multiple products with multiple contract manufactures and work within ambiguous environment. Key performance metrics include revenue, inventory management, and cost curve management.

• Identify supply chain opportunities supporting the business model and lead initiatives to implement
• Ability to visualize new business and supply chain processes across organizational boundaries resulting in cost and process improvements.
• Knowledge of basic planning functions (deployment, production planning, S&OP)
• Effective use of advanced planning applications including SAP APO, Optiant
• Preparing and communicating business metrics ; ie: inventory positions, weeks on hands, leadtime, product transitions, and risk buy analysis
• Run the rhythm of the business relating to finance, metrics, and initiative tracking
• Represent management team at various meetings
• Prepare and present executive level communications

Qualificiations:

• 8-10 years Supply Chain or Manufacturing / Operations Engineering experience. MBA preferred
• Experience in finance, metric definition and management, supply chain operations and program management at an intermediate or advanced level.
• Ability to read and create financial statements
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs/projects
• Strong working knowledge of end to end business requirements
• Strong customer focus in all internal and external business decisions.
• Executive level visibility and communication
• Working knowledge of IT Infrastructures, prefer SAP or equivalent.
