Responsibilties:

As our Demand Planning Manager, you will build and execute demand plans that make Bauer the market leader in supply chain, ensuring alignment between customer and business metrics. Utilizing brand and business objectives, market and consumer trends, customer data, historical analysis and statistical projections you will develop the most accurate up-to-date demand plan possible. You will be responsible for managing the product forecasting process to maximize market share and company profitability. Working with a cross-functional team, you will impact business decisions regarding line planning, introductions of new product and ensuring there is proper alignment and execution surrounding go-to-market strategies. You will work with supply planning to manage inventory flow and ensure appropriate migration strategies are in place and executed to support smooth seasonal transitions.

Qualificiations:

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in a forecasting or buying capacity in a retail or manufacturing environment; an additional 2 years relevant work experience in lieu
• Project management experience preferred
• Able to travel 10% of the time

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Access preferred
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to resolve conflict and juggle multiple priorities
