modeling,

Use
SAP-APO
to
manage
sales
forecasts
and
insure
alignment
with
financial
targets,
growth
trends
and
strategic
company
initiatives
•
Manage
the
consensus
forecasting
process
with
the
sales
team
and
customer
base
•
Track
forecast
accuracy
KPIs
to
target
improvement
opportunities
and
make
strategic
adjustments
•
Provide
continuous
clear
communication
of
the
forecast
numbers,
changes,
assumptions,
inputs,
etc
to
production,
sales,
finance
and
other
departments
within
Under
Armour
What
does
UA
need
from
me?
•
2+
years
of
Demand
Planning/Forecasting
experience
using
SAP/APO
or
an
equivalent
forecasting
software
such
as
Logility,
JD
Edwards,
Demand
Solutions,
SAS,
etc.
•
Bachelors
Degree
from
an
accredited
college/university
in
Supply
Chain
Management,
Statistics,
Finance,
Marketing
(or
Business
equivalent).
•
Advanced
degree
(i.e.,
MBA,
MS)
or
professional
certification
is
a
plus
(i.e.,
APICS,
Institute
of
Business
Forecasting,
Supply
Chain
Council,
etc)
•
Strong
analytical,
issue
identification/prioritization/resolution
and
communication
skills
Other
Skills
and
Abilities:
•
PC
proficiency
in
basic
applications:
(Word,
Excel,
Powerpoint,
etc.)
•
Ad-hoc
reporting
with
root
cause
analysis
•
Understanding
of
MRP
and
Supply
Chain
concepts
