Position Description:

• Develop and maintain an 18-month unit forecast at the SKU level and drive the entire forecast process for the Target business;
• Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying and recommending solutions to potential supply chain issues;
• Develop models to forecast new products;
• Lead monthly forecast review meetings with executives;
• Participate in the financial budgeting process;
• Participate in monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings;
• Advise sales, marketing and finance of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.

Background Required:

• Highly energetic individuals with 5-7 years of experience that includes supply chain planning, forecasting / demand planning, merchandise planning, and / or replenishment planning.
• Experience with high-volume Retail / CPG supply chains;
• Effective use of MS Excel and forecasting applications like Logility, Manugistics, i2, SAP APO, Demantra, etc.;
• Bachelors Degree required;
• Proven track record of success in similar role.

Compensation Plan:

• $65-75K + bonus;
• Full benefit package including medical, dental, disability and 401(k).
