To help ensure success in our supply chain transformation, we are looking for a Director of Supply Planning – someone with the proven background to support the growth from $1.5B to $4B.

Position Description:

Director of Supply Planning reporting to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Optimization and Materials Management; Owner of the supply plan for brands representing $1.5B in sales, $100M+ in raw material / finished goods inventories; Manage 3 reports that plan production and set distribution / inventory goals for finished goods; Responsible for associated process development, standardization and continuous improvement in areas like Supply Chain Optimization, Produce to Demand, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); Work with plant managers to confirm planning process is being followed, manufacturing constraints are accurate and feasible production plans are developed; Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues;

Background Required:

• A strong business acumen with the ability to establish trust / relationships quickly;
• Highly energetic manager with 7-10 years supply chain planning (including supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, demand planning, etc.) experience;
• Experience with high-volume Retail / CPG supply chains;
• Effective use of advanced planning applications like Manugistics, JDA, SAP APO, Demantra, i2, etc.;
• Bachelor’s Degree is required, no exceptions;
• Proven track record of success facilitating change management and driving continuous improvement.

Compensation Plan:

$125-150K + 25% bonus + LTI;
Full benefit package including medical, dental, disability, 401(k), stock purchase and tuition reimbursement; Full relocation available.
